also a way of defending yourself. The art is extremely popular
throughout the world, also known as Gung Fu, Wu Shu, and even Kuo

and foot techniques. Kung Fu is one of the most practiced forms of
martial arts - and likewise one of the oldest.
Inside Kung Fu, there are many styles and variations, although
the most famous are those that have their origins in the well known
Shaolin Temple. What most people aren’t informed of however, is the
truth that Kung Fu was practiced in China many years before the
first Shaolin temple was even conceived

being the most important goal of any martial art, including Kung Fu
. Although self defense is involved with Kung Fu, the martial
embodies so much more than simply fighting and defense - it's a
true art form, one that educates and develops the mind, body, and
the spirit.
Kung Fu does not teach pupils to get the best others, as it
instructs students to look within themselves and learn to have
complete and total control over their emotions. Kung Fu is an art
of harmony and concordance, that instructs to students to remain
peacflu and serene and avoid confrontations. If a situation arises
that threatens bodily harm to the student, then he must rise to the
occasion and defending himself.
Just like other styles of martial arts, Kung Fu teaches the
balance that is essential for executing the complex techniques and
the proper movements. The basic idea behind balance is that same
balance that is within the Chinese believe the same , theat keeps
the equilibrium between heaven and earth. This concept of
equilibrium can be achieved by pupils if they can completely focus
their thoughts, empty their minds and free themselves from any type
of distractions. The chinese call the mind the playful monkey.
Kung Fu is a martial art that can be acquired by anyone. It does
take a firm and focuesd desire, just like any other martial art.
It's rich heritage a proud legacy to its masters.Don't be fooled

tiger. This style teaches the student power in his hands, so that
when he strikes, he tears the flesh. Tiger Claw can be very
leathal.

others, harmony of the spirit, and total self control and disipline
no matter what the circumstances. These characteristics, when
paired collectively, allow students to achieve success in a hard to
